Glazed Color Body Porcelain. V2 Shade Variation. Made in Italy.
Description:

Inspired by the desert, the Sahara Collection offers glazed color body porcelain tiles in an array of textures, patterns and sizes including 12" x 24" and 3" x 12" field tiles, 3 mosaic designs and matching trim. Providing a serene and organic sensibility, the earth tone colors of the Sahara Collection feature warms clays paired with cool greys: Cotto, Ecru, Dark, Grey, Rose, Taupe and White. The large format 12" x 24" size is typically used for flooring and walls whereas the mosaics are ideal for backsplashes and showers walls.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, Sahara tiles are easy to maintain and since they are full color body porcelain, they will perform well in high traffic areas and will be resistant to scratches, scuffs and fading. Able to withstand high heat, Sahara tiles are also ideal as a fireplace surround or can be used in exterior applications, such as walls, countertops and swimming pools. They are UV resistant and won't fade from sunlight. The Sahara Collection is suitable for commercial applications as well - bringing a sense of tranquility to busy spaces like retail stores, offices and restaurants.

Porcelain tiles are extremely durable and low maintenance. Polished and honed porcelain tiles require use of an impregnating or penetrating sealer prior to grouting, otherwise grout release must be used. Common household spills are easy to clean with use of a mop, warm water, and a pH neutral cleaner. Acid-based cleaners and harsh chemicals should not be used.
