Porcelain tiles are low maintenance and extremely durable. Polished and honed porcelain tiles require use of an impregnating or penetrating sealer prior to grouting, otherwise grout release must be used. Use a mop, warm water and a pH netural cleaner for common household spills. Harsh chemicals and acid-based cleaners should not be used.
